How Refund Are Issued?

Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. You will still need to return your items within 14 days.


Late Refund Are Issued?

You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders. If your refund is not showing as refunded in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

Note: After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

1 to 1 Replacement

Express Store offers free "1 to 1 replacement" on all products items for the first 7 days upon receiving of goods (on manufacturer defects only).


The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Express Store will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2 weeks time after the confirmation.
